constantly, most often without our being conscious of it. In order to
achieve the vulnerability required to channel creative energy we must
be open.
Physical
Zero is designed to strip away recorded tension, and leave us
reconnected to a more open and present self. It is a series
of group and individual exercises including some isometrics, yoga, and
guided imagery.
PZ includes practical adjustments that you can do in the chair before
an audition as well as exercises that you can do during rehearsal, a
marriage of practical and ethereal leaving us here and now.
